Bookings by phone are possible via the SNCB hotline:
Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm / Weekends and holidays: 9am-5pm
Cost: €0.30 / minute (Higher fees may apply when calling from abroad.)
You will need to provide personal information and an email address when booking. Payment is possible by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
A service fee will be charged.
